    To learn both sides in this issue, please go to www.foavc.org. There you can read the actual texts of the more than 650 applications from all 50 states for an Article V Convention.

    Notice this video says if the states apply, Congress must call. Note also this video says we are "close" to a call. The public record shows they are wrong. If they are wrong on the basic facts of how many applications have been filed and how many states have filed them, can what else they say be trusted?

    I just posted this as an info link. Clearly they are either misled or are misleading in some regards or they just are not familiar enough of the ratification process.

Keep it civil and bring substantiation for refuting. Please specify an opinion when substantiation is not forthcoming.
